Vanessa Jones joined the International Human Rights Law Group in August 2000. As Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Ms. Jones serves as an administrative liaison between Gay McDougall and the Program, Finance and Development departments and the IHRLG Board of Directors. She is also a member of the IHRLG Web Team.

Prior to joining IHRLG, Ms. Jones worked for the Carlyle Group where she provided administrative assistance to several Vice Presidents. She received her degree in Business Administration from Peirce College of Philadelphia in 1998.
