Mitzi Bowen joined the International Human Rights Law Group December 1999. Ms. Bowen has more than 15 years experience in the administrative/human resources arena.

Prior to joining IHRLG, Ms. Bowen served as human resources manager for a small construction company, where she was responsible for hiring, project management, billing/accounts receivable and office administration. Ms. Bowen also worked for a large computer corporation, where she worked with Government representatives on large computer and mainframe orders, and for a general contractor that supported PVOs (Private and Voluntary Organizations) through the U.S. Agency for International Development.
