Devanne Brookins joined the International Human Rights Law Group in May 2002. As Africa Program Assistant the primary focus of her work is to support IHRLG programs in Burundi and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Ms. Brookins is also a member of the Web Team.

Prior to joining IHRLG, Ms. Brookins was Executive Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Oxfam America. A recent graduate of Wellesley College, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French.
